Raspberry Pi PoE+ Hat enables you to power your Pi 3/4 through a Power over Ethernet enabled source. This is really ideal because, in addition to not requiring a power supply for your Pi, it also reduces cabling, one of the major nightmares in networking.
In addition to being relatively tiny, the Hat also has a fan to keep everything cool and quiet during operation.
Controlled automatically through I2C, the fan starts to spin slowly from 40 degrees Celcius and spins faster as temperatures rise thus ensuring a rather quiet operation.
